Join us on a journey with Sarah and Teresa from KINSPACE. They will be addressing the power of connection and storytelling in building inclusive and intersectional workplaces.
Taking a lens that people are not a problem to fix, rather a relationship to be developed between individuals and across the work environment.
We will explore ways we might hold the tension between addressing systemic issues in workplaces and empowering individuals to affect positive change from within.
